PRANA LAB experiences may include yoga, movement, breathwork, sound, headphones, immersive visuals and light. Some sessions can be physically, emotionally or sensory intense, so we encourage you to listen to your body and respect your personal limits.

​Certain sessions, particularly breathwork, are not suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with heart conditions or epilepsy. If you have an injury, recent surgery or any other relevant medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before participating if you are unsure whether the session is suitable for you.
