The Mandem presents: Dads Who Walk
Join us for Dads Who Walk starting at Finsbury Park. It’s a relaxed link up bringing together dads for fresh air, good chats, and good food.
Led by Patrick Penny-Annang, Bright Start Parent Champion and Dad of 2. This monthly walk is a chance to slow down, share stories, and connect with other dads in the community.
We’ll finish up at a local spot for some food and check-in, because the best talks often happen with food.
At the end, you’ll get a small take-home gift, something to help you create a few more meaningful moments with your little ones.
This isn’t therapy and not about fitness.
Come to connect, decompress, and support each other through the ups and downs of fatherhood and everyday life.
