​We have limited space — only 40 approved spots available for cars & bikes. If you want to be part of this event, submit early before spots fill up. Once all 40 spots are taken, approvals will close.

​STRICTLY APPROVAL ONLY — If you are not approved, please do not arrive expecting entry. No exceptions.

​All approved participants must arrive with the exact car or bike they submitted for approval. If you show up in a different vehicle, entry may be denied.

​ENTRY TIME: Approved participants must arrive at 3:00 PM sharp for entry. You will have until 4:00 PM to enter before the gate closes. Late arrivals will not be allowed in.

​Please park outside and wait for instructions before entering.

​If you plan on canceling, you must request removal from the approval list so we can open your spot for additional guests. Failure to do so may result in being blocked from future events.
