About Youvoya
Youvoya is a wellness experience company built on one idea: wellness isn't one size fits all. There are endless wellness leaders, retreats, experiences, rooms, and opinions telling people what they should try. The problem was never access to options. It's knowing which ones deserve your trust and which are right for you. Youvoya does the vetting first, then makes wellness personal.
Youvoya House is the live, in-person expression of that work in New York City: the trust engine, the local entry point, the experiential proof. One curated night a month, not a menu of options.
Rachel Meade is the founder of Youvoya, the wellness matchmaker and experience curator and the standard the brand is built on. She's personally met the leaders she recommends and experienced their work firsthand, which is why she doesn't put anything in front of you she hasn't vetted herself.

Born in Amsterdam and launching in NYC. Sanctum designs immersive movement and sound experiences, blending high-energy movement, breathwork, and music into a single guided class held in unexpected spaces around the city.
