​Beyond Code is a new leadership conversation series exploring how conscious leadership can shape the future of society in an age defined by AI, disruption, and complexity. We bring together leaders, coaches, and innovators from diverse fields to reimagine leadership at the intersection of technology, human values, and collective responsibility.

​With three guest speakers, we’ll explore:

• ​Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Business Models in the AI Era – Stephen Ho will touch on how AI is reshaping organizational design and strategy, and what conscious leadership looks like in redesigning the future of work.

• ​Vertical AI Agents for Workforce Transformation – Chiew Farn Chung will discuss about reframing the debate from “human vs. AI” to “human + AI” and addressing the skills gap challenge.

• ​Human Values, Creativity & Consciousness – Saba Hasanie will explore how leaders can stay grounded in values and wisdom while embracing technological disruption.

​Hosted in partnership with DBAC (SUSS), Coaching SIG (IAL), and The Coaching Village, this inaugural event launches an Asia-led dialogue on leadership, technology, and society — sparking meaningful connections across sectors and building momentum for a continuing series of regular dialogues, workshops, and thought-leadership initiatives.
