About Event

As writers, we all face moments of struggle, self-doubt, and creative blocks. But what if you could transform these challenges into opportunities for growth? What if you could expand your creative capacity, allowing you to write more freely, consistently, and authentically?

In this hour-long interactive workshop, you'll get a taste of the transformative practices we'll be exploring in depth during our upcoming "Cultivating Creative Capacity" cohort. You'll:

  • Discover new approaches to overcome common writing obstacles

  • Learn techniques to tap into your emotional and somatic intelligence while writing

  • Explore methods for expanding your creative comfort zone

  • Experience the power of a supportive writing community

Whether you're a seasoned author or just beginning your writing journey, this workshop offers valuable insights to help you deepen your relationship with your creative process.

Co-Hosted by Kelly Wilde Miller & Lyle McKeany

With a focus on mindful action and nervous system balance, her approach helps people stay consistent, avoid burnout, and unlock their creative energy. Kelly’s expertise blends psychological insight with practical experience, offering creative solutions that foster resilience and expansion.
