Hey!
I've spent this year relaunching my women's online coaching platform, REIN, to support women runners with their run coaching, strength & conditioning, nutrition and recovery. I'm hosting a launch event for friends, family and my community, and I'd love to celebrate with you!
Join us for a social run followed by refreshments from Pure Sport and a short talk by myself about The Female Athlete and why we can all adopt a female physiology lens to support ourselves, or the women in our lives, with training and life!
