Thursday Night Throwdown: Pride Edition

​JUNE 2026 TNT: The Pride Throwdown

The most fabulous coffee event of the year is back again, and we’re bringing it to the historic Montrose institution, @bl4cksmith . What was once a famous gay bar with an iconic mural, it is now the host for our most popular throwdown and a safe space for all identities! For this latte art throwdown, we are proudly partnering with @tonysplacehouston , a local non-profit organization providing resources for LGBTQIA+ youth.

16-person amateur bracket ($5 buy-in, for people who have competed 3 or less times), 32-person pro bracket ($10 buy-in), with proceeds going to Tony’s Place. Free pour throwdown, bring your own cup and milk pitcher!

Sign up for the throwdown and/or RSVP for the event through our Luma event page, link in our bio. First-come first-serve for the bracket, and alternate spots for the throwdown are available in-person at the event.

Along with the throwdown, we will be hosting a vendor market featuring local, LGBTQIA-owned businesses, featuring delicious bites, art, jewelry, plants, and more!

To help raise funds for Tony’s Place, we are having a raffle all night, $5 for two ticket, $10 for five tickets. This raffle will feature prizes, like a gift card to @myflamingheart and month-passes to @blackswanyogahouston
