Rest & Release: Full Moon Circle for Daughters of Immigrants
A Harvest Moon Healing Circle for Daughters of Immigrants
The Harvest Moon is a time of gathering, reflection, and transition — a natural moment to pause and take stock of what has grown, what has nourished us, and what we’re ready to leave behind.
As daughters of immigrants, we often learn to carry a lot...family expectations, responsibility, guilt, dreams, traditions, and stories passed down to us.
This evening is an invitation to slow down and take stock of what you’ve been carrying.
What do you want to keep nurturing?
What are you ready to release?
What do you want to carry forward?
Through guided reflection, journaling, sound, and connection, we’ll create space to listen to ourselves and honour where we are in this season of our lives.
What to expect
🌕 Harvest Moon Reflection

🔔 South Asian Inspired Sound Bath

✍🏽 Guided Journaling

A personal dedication
This circle is dedicated to my grandmother, who passed away last year.
Her passing has made me think deeply about what we inherit from the women who come before us: their love, stories, traditions, strength, and sometimes the things they had to carry themselves.
So this Harvest Moon, I’m creating space to honour what came before us while asking:
What do we want to carry forward?
And what are we ready to put down?
This circle is an offering of remembrance, reflection, and release.
This space is for you if...
You’ve been feeling like you need to hold everything together.
You’re carrying expectations that don’t always feel like your own.
You’re in a season of change or transition.
You’re craving connection with women who understand the complexities of being a daughter of immigrants.
Or maybe you simply need a place to pause.
You don’t have to carry everything just because you learned how to.
Come as you are. There is nothing you need to fix or figure out before you arrive.
