​And here's what we know about courage: it takes something out of you.

​So July, we're doing something radical. We're resting.

​Not the kind of rest where you collapse on the couch because you have nothing left. The kind where you choose it. On purpose. Without earning it first.

​And we're talking about fun. Real fun. The kind that has nothing to do with productivity or self-improvement or being a good example for anyone.

​When was the last time you did something just because it felt good? When did you last laugh until your face hurt? When did rest stop feeling like something you had to justify?

​This month, come as you are. Bring your coffee, bring your laugh, bring the thing you've been too "busy" to enjoy.
