WORKSHOP Implementing IoT Solutions · Led by LORIOT

Gain a field-tested blueprint for successfully scaling IoT infrastructure Drawing on firsthand experience supporting global IoT deployments, this hands-on workshop shares a practical blueprint for companies looking to kickstart or scale up their IoT journey:

• Lab vs. Reality — why deployments that work in controlled environments behave differently in the field

• Common Pitfalls — device/gateway management at scale, vendor integration complexity, hidden burdens of on-premise infrastructure

• Total Cost of Ownership — maintenance, mass provisioning, and the internal expertise required

• Network Planning & Radio Mapping — coverage assessment and signal validation for the real world
