​From Setbacks to Setups is an intimate, facilitated salon experience built around Amy Shoenthal’s The Setback Cycle framework. Equal parts structured conversation and open exchange, each session brings together a small, curated group of professionals to talk honestly about pivots, disruption, and what comes next. The room is kept small on purpose, so everyone has space to speak, to be heard, and leave with something they can actually use.
