About Event

Host: The Durability Collective

Ever wonder how to measure the impact of your organization’s work over time in a way that is simple and cost-effective?

Join Generation, the Livelihood Impact Fund, GitLab Foundation, CD&R Foundation, UBS Optimus Foundation and other members of The Durability Collective to explore how to know if 'the change lasts' for participants in your programs.

This workshop includes practical guidance, real-life examples, and lessons about what works (and what doesn’t) in the journey towards achieving durable social outcomes such as employment, increased income, and improved well-being. Targeted at nonprofit leaders and funders, the workshop provides an overview of Durability fundamentals followed by breakout interactive activity and discussion on topics raised by workshop participants.

Speakers include:

Ellie Bertani is President & CEO of the GitLab Foundation, with the mission to improve lifetime earnings for people through access to opportunities.

Mona Mourshed is the founding global CEO of Generation, a global employment nonprofit organization that trains and places people into life-changing jobs to increase economic mobility.

Rachel Proefke is the Associate Director of Impact and Learning at the Livelihood Impact Fund, a data-driven funder supporting cost-effective solutions to meaningfully and durably improve the lives of the global poor.

Priyanka Yalamanchili is Impact Evaluation & Data Advocacy Lead for Generation.
