It begins on the thirteenth floor of The Zipper, with the city below the glass. Five evenings through the winter. This is the second. Each moment is composed for one sense. You take in the city from above. The body meets cold water, then heat. Palo santo and pine fill the air. Tea and food are on the table. Sound runs through it all, on Bang & Olufsen.ㅤ

— Sukkhadas opens the evening. He is a Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor.

​— Breathwork to music, guided by Sukkhadas, with sound by Bang & Olufsen.

​— Ice bath on the rooftop, under open sky, in stainless steel tubs by Vallone. Panoramic sauna with a pine infusion to warm up.

​— Tea, food and time to talk. Sukkhadas presents his new book, Mind over Mountain: Mit der Kraft der Kälte zu innerer Stärke.

​The ice bath is guided from start to finish. You stay in for about two minutes, longer if you want to. No experience needed. Everything is included in the ticket. Bring swimwear and a beanie.
