#PlannerPause Kickoff 2027: Planner Baddie Era
Planner Baddies, it's time to step it up.
2026 was the warm-up. We set our anchors in January and blew the final whistle in October. 2027 is the year we stop planning to plan and start running our year like we mean it.
Kickoff 2027 opens the new season. Bring your new planner (or the one you swore you'd use last year, no judgment). You'll leave with your first 90 days mapped out and on your calendar.

Register by October 31 and you get the early-bird price PLUS a special early-bird gift waiting for you at check-in. Everyone gets a gift. Early birds get the extra special one.

Stack your prize entries
Register by October 31: one extra entry.
Bring the baddies: you get an extra entry for every guest who names you as the person who invited them. Five friends = five more entries. Your crew, your odds.
Were you at Q4 Last Play? Bring your finished placemat for one more entry.
Key dates
October 31: last day for early-bird pricing, the special gift and your extra entry
November 25: last day for refunds
December 15: ticket sales close. Don't wait until after Christmas.

Good to know
The address is sent to registered guests.
Paper planners, digital planners and "I own five planners and use none of them" planners are all welcome.
First #PlannerPause? This is the best one to start with. Day two of a new year, and everyone in the room is starting fresh with you.
Bringing your planner bestie? Make sure she types your name in "Who invited you?" when she registers. Baddies travel in packs.
The fine print
Refunds are available through November 25, 2026. No refunds for cancellations after November 25, 2026.
Ticket sales close December 15, 2026, or when all 40 seats are sold.
Invite entries count only for guests who purchase a ticket and attend.
Member pricing is for current Girl Cave Collective members. Membership is confirmed.
Photos and video will be taken during the event and may be shared on social media. If you'd rather not be photographed, let us know at check-in.
