​🛝 The Playground takes over Berlins biggest Hyrox training club. 🛝
​As we continue to prepare for the next races we will take on the official Hyrox conditioning test
​It’s an standardised fitness test that measures your current fitness levels and current Hyrox capacity to help you set a benchmark and gives you a set score and areas to work on. (It’s a much more complete test compared to the previous PFT )
​Everyone will input their results in a score card and received your personalised results.
​(The gym it’s a little outside the city but I promise you it’s worth the trip, it’s HUGE and has super cool equipment.)
