An open house at Foundry’s training facility for employers seeking skilled, dependable electrical apprentices with proven professionalism as part of our employee training program.
Employer Day Overview
Meet the cohort. Meet strong local apprentices with significant hands-on experience, a record of accountability and professionalism, and consistent attendance at full-time training starting at 7 a.m. CT each day.
See their work. Trainees will present a capstone project demonstrating their electrical skills at an advanced apprentice level. Examine their work, ask questions, and get to know them. Interviews can be scheduled onsite upon request.
Speak with our lead trainer. Meet David Thompson, who brings nearly 20 years in the electrical field, including years as a foreman on commercial and industrial projects in Texas.

Foundry’s Electrical Technician Cohort
8 weeks of full-time electrical training.
>90% hands-on training time. Daily: 30 minutes of theory, 5.5 hours hands-on.
Selective cohort: <10% of applicants selected.

Lift certification
CPR/first-aid certification
State registration: TDLR apprentice electrician license.
