Janani Jagam Nee: A Mother’s Day Yoga Offering
A gentle meditative yoga gathering to honor motherhood, the sacred feminine, and the stillness within.
Through movement, breath, sound, and silence, we come together in gratitude for the nurturing force that sustains life.
Mother is not merely a role.
She is our first experience of creation, compassion, warmth, and unconditional presence.
“Janani Jagam Nee” is a heartfelt yoga offering dedicated to celebrating motherhood and the sacred feminine — the Devi tattva that resides within every woman.
In the yogic tradition, womanhood has always been deeply revered. It is said that Adi Yogi Shiva first shared the profound science of Yoga with Devi Parvati — not as instruction, but as an intimate transmission of experience, stillness, and union.
Moved by compassion, Devi wished that this wisdom reach all beings. Through her nurturing presence, Yoga became accessible to the world.
This workshop is a humble offering in honor of:
🌸 Devi Parvati
🌸 The lineage of Yoginis
🌸 Every mother who embodies creation, strength, grace, and sacrifice
Participants will be guided through a gentle meditative journey:
• Grounding asanas
• Conscious breathwork
• AUM meditation
• Inner stillness and reflection
From movement… to stillness
From breath… to sound
From sound… to silence
Janani is not outside.
She is within.
