Seeds of Resilience — Live Cohort 1
Psychological resilience is not a personality trait. It is an active, daily practice.
Seeds of Resilience is a five-session live course for professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and career transitioners navigating life between cultures. Each session follows one seed — a framework, a reflection, and one small action you can take immediately.
What we will cover:
🌱 Session 1 — The Seed | Thu 24 Sep
Take stock of what you already carry. Plant the next chapter with intention.
🌿 Session 2 — Roots | Thu 1 Oct
Your culture is not baggage. It is a nervous system resource.
💧 Session 3 — Water | Thu 8 Oct
Resilience is built in the small, daily choices. What are you feeding yourself?
🤝 Session 4 — Soil | Thu 15 Oct
You cannot grow in isolation. Who are your people in this season?
☀️ Session 5 — Sunlight | Thu 22 Oct
Stop making yourself smaller. This session is about being seen in your wholeness.
Every session includes:
— 90 minutes live with Nkemakonam Ijeh, NIP Psychologist
— Group reflection and shared learning
— A micro-action to carry into your week
