Sabering Sparkling Wine Session (Training & Fondue)

​Join us to learn how to use a sword to open bottles of sparkling local wine while celebrating the the breathtaking views of the lake and alps in Lavaux. Each participant will receive 1 bottle of organic sparkling wine, a sabering lesson from our guru with an (unsharpened) sword, and an ample apéro based on a bio cheese fondue.

​Wear sneakers or good walking shoes as well as clothing adapted to the weather as this is an outdoor activity.
