Clearfork Academy Visitation Disclaimer
Welcome to Clearfork Academy. We are honored to have you visit your loved one and be part of their healing journey. To ensure the safety, confidentiality, and therapeutic integrity of our program, please read and acknowledge the following terms before participating in visitation.
1. Purpose of Visitation
Family visitation is a therapeutic privilege designed to support your child’s recovery process. All visits are subject to approval by Clearfork Academy’s clinical and administrative teams and may be modified, postponed, or canceled at any time to protect client safety or program integrity.
2. Facility Conduct
All visitors must check in with staff upon arrival, present valid photo identification, and wear a visitor badge at all times.
Visitors must remain in designated visitation areas and comply with staff directions at all times.
The use of cell phones, cameras, or recording devices during visitation is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Clearfork Academy.
Possession or introduction of prohibited items (including tobacco, vaping devices, alcohol, weapons, drugs, or paraphernalia) is not allowed on any Clearfork property.
Clearfork Academy reserves the right to inspect bags, purses, or personal items for safety purposes.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
Visitors are reminded that the identity, presence, or circumstances of any other clients at Clearfork Academy are strictly confidential. Discussing, photographing, or sharing information about other clients or staff is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of visitation privileges.
4. Therapeutic Boundaries
Our campus is a clinical environment, and visitation is part of the therapeutic structure. Families are expected to engage respectfully, avoid topics or behaviors that may disrupt treatment progress, and comply with any therapeutic guidance provided by staff. Staff may intervene or end visitation if conversations or behaviors become inappropriate, emotionally harmful, or inconsistent with treatment goals.
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
By entering Clearfork Academy property, you acknowledge that participation in visitation is voluntary and that you assume all risks associated with being on the premises. Clearfork Academy, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Compliance
Failure to follow these policies or any instruction from staff may result in immediate removal from campus and suspension of future visitation privileges. Continued visitation is contingent upon full compliance with Clearfork Academy’s standards and policies.
