βJoin us for a meaningful, feel-good evening centered on connection, storytelling, and nourishment β for the body and the soul. Whether you have lived experience, support someone who does, or simply want to be part of a compassionate conversation, this night is for you.
βNourish Body and Mind DC is more than a fundraiser. Itβs a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and celebrate recovery, resilience, and the joy that food and community can bring.
βOur expert panelists will discuss new trends in diet culture and body image and share what they are doing to advocate for change in the mental health space across DMV community, and how you can be an advocate for change in your own life!
