​You'll have the opportunity to dive into what it means to connect to your desires as a ritual practice and connect to your authentic passions and inner fire as a felt sense experience in the body.

A LOT of women (and men) are disconnected to what they truely desire and it shuts us off from our passions and expression.

Grace will be breaking down the gap between making decisions based on your values and how to connect them to your communication while holding the emotional discomfort in your body.
