Details:
This cohort will run for three months, and during this time you will be matched with a mentor and have access to group events and discussions revolving around finding purpose and direction.
This event marks the kickoff for the 3-month programme. Register here and we'll send you all you need to get set up ahead of the cohort launch date, 1st November 2024.
If you would like to join the cohort but cannot make it to the kick-off event, please register anyway so we can send you the details to join the cohort. You will also receive access to a recording of the kick-off event.
Cost:
To participate in this mentorship cohort as a mentee, you will need to be a Premium OneUpOneDown member, which costs $9 per month, or $24 for 3 months. Mentors can participate for free. After registering for the event, you will receive a link to sign up for OneUpOneDown Premium and additional details to help you get the most out of the cohort.

This special-focus cohort will run for three months and during this time you’ll be matched with a mentor who resonates with your goals and has experience in finding purpose. You'll have access to participate in purpose-driven events and join a group of other women who are also going through the journey to find more purpose and direction.
If you're feeling disconnected from your current work, unsure of your purpose, or lacking energy and fulfilment in what you do, this cohort is for you.
It’s also for you if you've already found purposeful work, successfully transitioned to a path aligned with your values, and want to help others on their journey to do the same.
