Set in nature, this immersive 3-day experience invites you to explore business as a sacred, relational act rooted in purpose, joy and regeneration. At the center of our gathering is cacao - an ancient plant medicine and connector. Through ritual, dialogue and embodied practice, we’ll explore how cacao’s wisdom can guide a heart-centered approach to leadership and commerce. This isn’t a retreat. It’s a working pause - a space to reset, gain clarity and explore what’s next for you, your work and its place in the world.
