Lie back on a mattress in the church's quiet, beautiful space as surround sound carries you through an album composed specifically for this practice. Our breath will carry us through a musical journey. Live harp and voice from Fralalai will accompany the recording, adding a further layer of texture to the sound.

Peter is a breathwork teacher and coach with decades of healthcare and spiritual background. He has been guiding breathwork sessions and retreats for the past 10 years. He combines the latest Western scientific and philosophical insights with Eastern philosophy like Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and Buddhism.
