The Council: Food Industry Casual Mixer & Networking

​Looking to connect with other food industry professionals without the stiff corporate formatting? Join us for a laid-back, outdoor networking mixer at the park.

​Hosted by local business owners K Kane, Patricia, and Safwen, this gathering is designed to bring together food industry founders, operators, distributors, and creators in a completely casual environment. There are no rigid agendas or formal presentations. The goal is simple: hang out, meet like-minded professionals, share ideas, and see what kind of organic collaborations or opportunities naturally emerge.

​We will have free drinks and snacks on hand, some great music playing, and a soccer ball ready for anyone who wants to kick it around or jump into a casual pickup game. Whether you want to talk shop, talk strategy, or just enjoy a relaxing afternoon outdoors with people who understand the food business, you are welcome here.

​Event Details & Logistics

• ​Location: William B. Pond Recreation Area, 5700 Arden Way, Carmichael, CA 95608 (Look for us near the open grassy fields—exact spot details will be pinned on the event page).

• ​Vibe: 100% Casual. Wear comfortable clothes, activewear, or whatever you're comfortable in if you plan to play soccer.

• ​Perks: Free drinks, snacks, music, and soccer.

• ​Admission: Free to attend, but please RSVP so we can bring plenty of refreshments for everyone!

​Note: Sacramento County Parks charges a $7 daily vehicle parking fee at the entrance.
