Charles Hoskinson（Founder of Midnight）
Ethereumの初期共同創設者を経て、2015年にブロックチェーン研究開発企業Input Output Group（IOG）を設立しました。
学術的査読（ピアレビュー）を基礎とする第3世代ブロックチェーンCardanoを創設し、世界的な分散型インフラへと成長させました。近年は、Web3の商業利用とコンプライアンスを両立させる第4世代の技術として、ゼロ知識証明（ZK）を活用したプライバシー保護特化型ブロックチェーンMidnightを主導。暗号資産の社会的実用化、AI統合、そして金融包摂の実現に向けて世界中で精力的な提言活動を行っています。
Fahmi Syed（President of Midnight Foundation）
Midnightの開発、普及、および実社会への影響力の拡大に尽力する独立組織 Midnight Foundation の代表を務めています。
Midnight Foundationの就任前は、Input Output Group（IOG）にてMidnightプロジェクトの開発を支援していました。それ以前は、PolkadotやKusamaの開発元であるエンジニアリング企業、Parity TechnologiesのCFOを務めていました。ブロックチェーン業界に入る前は、Citadelからスピンオフしたヘッジファンド、FIFTHDELTAのCOOを務めており、同社は運用資産12億5000万米ドルで設立されました。また、世界最大級のヘッジファンド運用会社の一つであるMarshall Waceで17年以上にわたり務めました。

Charles Hoskinson (Founder of Midnight)
After serving as an early co-founder of Ethereum, he established the blockchain research and development firm Input Output Group (IOG) in 2015.
He founded Cardano, a third-generation blockchain built on academic peer review, growing it into a global decentralized infrastructure. Recently, he has been leading Midnight, a fourth-generation privacy-focused blockchain utilizing zero-knowledge proofs (ZK) to balance commercial use with Web3 compliance. He actively speaks around the world on the real-world adoption of crypto assets, AI integration, and achieving financial inclusion.
Fahmi Syed (President of Midnight Foundation)
He serves as the representative of the Midnight Foundation, an independent organization dedicated to the development, adoption, and real-world impact expansion of Midnight.
Prior to joining the Midnight Foundation, he supported the development of the Midnight project at Input Output Group (IOG). Previously, he was CFO at Parity Technologies, the engineering company behind Polkadot and Kusama. Before entering the blockchain industry, he was COO at FIFTHDELTA, a Citadel spin-off hedge fund launched with $1.25 billion in assets under management. He also spent over 17 years at Marshall Wace, one of the world's largest hedge fund managers.
Taro Kimura (Japan Country Manager of Midnight Foundation)
As Country Manager for Midnight Japan, he oversees strategy, corporate partnerships, and community growth for the Japanese market. He combines an entrepreneurial perspective with leadership experience cultivated in global enterprises.
He previously led market launch initiatives for infrastructure protocols as co-founder of Mycel, and worked at LinkedIn driving strategic relationships with major enterprises and supporting Web3 project growth. With a Japanese and Indonesian background, he is fluent in three languages. Following his time at NTT Communications, he brings broad expertise ranging from enterprise to Web3.
