We will open bottles representing the five chateaux that define the apex of Bordeaux -- Margaux, Latour, Lafite Rothschild, Mouton Rothschild, and Haut-Brion -- alongside the incomparable Chateau d'Yquem.

The evening will unfold in the private dining room of SET Steak & Sushi at the Pendry Newport Beach, where the culinary team has crafted a bespoke tasting menu designed to complement each wine in the program. Seating is limited to 16 guests.
