Difficult Conversations Without Damage
A free, one-hour workshop on having difficult conversations without damaging the relationship.
We avoid hard conversations for good reasons — but silence has a cost. Over time, the things left unsaid become an invisible wall. This workshop introduces a simple, calm framework for deciding when to speak, when to wait, and how to say hard things well.
In 60 minutes, you'll:
Learn a calm way to enter hard conversations
Practice a simple, structured way to say hard things without losing the relationship
Leave with one clear next step for a conversation you've been carrying
This workshop focuses on workplace and everyday conversations. It does not cover family or youth conflict dynamics.
Free and open to the public. Seats are limited — registration is encouraged.
Presented by Craig Delfosse, Conflict Resolution Coach.
