We're taking over Provenza for the day, the restaurant that's always fully booked, closed to everyone else and open only for us.
Palms overhead, stone underfoot, air that reminds you of the Caribbean coast. The whole day feels like slipping out of Medellín, a day trip without leaving the city.
Open-sky rooftop with live DJ sets and mocktails, everyone in white and beige. Morning People have a way of finding each other here — whether you came solo or with friends.
One of the hardest restaurants to book is ours for the afternoon: a curated menu, tables that end up together, then the music pulls you back up.
The first 100 through the door get a welcome drink.
A lifestyle photographer will capture the kind of photos you have to beg a friend to take. Expect them the day after. And we're closing with something we've never done before. That's all we'll say.
Expect the 'wait where are you' DMs. Probably the best Saturday you've had in a while.
