Mental Wellbeing Tools for Impactul Ambitious Work: Rethink Wellbeing Workshop
Doing ambitious work is demanding, and the mental habits that hold us back (procrastination, stress spirals, second-guessing) rarely respond to just "trying harder."
This 90-minute workshop draws on Rethink Wellbeing's CBT Lab, a 12-week evidence-based program rooted in third-wave cognitive-behavioural approaches (CBT, ACT, and mindfulness). We've distilled a few of its most useful ideas into a single practical session designed for people who want to work hard and sustainably.
What we'll do together:
Introduce a handful of practical tools - spanning emotional regulation, thought work, behavioural experiments, and value identification
Put them into practice live, so you leave with something you've actually tried, not just heard about
Make space for reflection, sharing, and Q&A
We'll focus especially on two challenges that tend to hit ambitious students hardest: procrastination and stress management, with a little on discernment (knowing what deserves your energy) if time allows.
Who it's for: Students who care about doing meaningful work and want concrete, science-backed tools to feel and function better while they do it. No prior experience with CBT needed.
Format: 90 minutes, online. Come ready to participate - the live practice is where it clicks.
