Queer Sunrise Paddle
Start your morning off with a peaceful paddle at sunrise! Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards will be available to use.
Schedule:
5:45- am - park, go to the bathroom, check out the area
6:10 am - arrive, change, gather
6:20 am- grounding circle, introductions
6:30am - safety talk, gear up & launch
8:00am - land & final closing circle
Please arrive on time (or early!) to help us get on & off the water efficiently.
The event will be sliding scale $33 - $66 for everything you need to get out on the water in a kayak or stand up paddle board. Please venmo a 50% deposit to @m0ssey to secure your spot, and let us know at least one day in advance if you need to cancel for any reason.
Bring a change of clothes, water bottle, and sunscreen/hat and wear things you don't mind getting wet (no cotton!). Water shoes or flip flops are also recommended.
