The meditative walk is a slow, tech-free walk through Central Park. Phones on airplane mode. No pitches. No pretending to be “on.”
Just actual humans, moving slowly, enjoying nature and breathing like it’s 1996.
Join a crew of ambitious, slightly-fried New Yorkers as we unplug, walk, and remember how to be human again.

We'll meet in Sheeps Meadow across from Le Pain Quotidien, in the patch of trees between 12:30 - 12:50pm. We will start the walk around 12:50 and I will send out a shared location. We'll meet back in Sheeps Meadow at around 1:30 pm. See event description for the dropped pin.
