​Exploring Abstract Reasoning: A Conversation with Michael Hersche, Machine Learning Street Talk and The ARChitects

​Join us for an evening of engaging discussions and exploration into the fascinating world of abstract reasoning and machine learning.

​We’re excited to host Michael Hersche, the main author of the paper: “Towards Learning to Reason: Comparing LLMs with Neuro-Symbolic on Arithmetic Relations in Abstract Reasoning” (Read the paper). Michael will share insights from his research, highlighting the interplay between large language models (LLMs) and neuro-symbolic approaches in reasoning tasks.

​The evening will also feature Tim Scarfe, a well-known thought leader in AI discussions and host of the popular Machine Learning Street Talk (MLST) channel on YouTube, where he and his co-hosts dissect cutting-edge AI research. Tim and the ARC Architects Team will lead a panel discussion on ARC and o3.
