Sunday Reset for Ambitious Men: Breathwork, Saunagus & Padel
Join Foundry for a private Sunday reset for ambitious men who spend the week switched on and want to get out of their heads, recharge their batteries and connect with peers for a few hours, to be ready to crunch again come Monday.
What you get:
A 2-hour padel tournament where you’ll connect with the group. Padel equipment included, so you can just show up and play (Americano format)
Private access to Sauna Yard, reserved 2 hours for Foundry only
Guided saunagus, breathwork and cold plunges to take you from competition to calm clarity
Snacks and electrolytes to keep you sharp between games and plunges
Prizes for the winners
A full-body reset to start a new week calmer and sharper
The program:
10:50-13:00 ∣ We start with two hours of padel. You'll rotate partners and meet almost everyone in the group without the usual social awkwardness. All levels welcome.
13:00-15:00 ∣ Then we move to the private Sauna Yard (same location) for gus, breathwork, and cold plunges to regulate, reset, and leave clearer than you arrived.
What you're paying for
Bringing the right men into the room is mission-critical for Foundry, and we believe that drive and character are better measures for that than title or net worth. Choose the ticket that matches your ability to contribute:
500DKK // Contributors: ~our breakeven cost. For the right men, who have to prioritize their finances.
1000DKK // Backers: For the men who can and want to help us improve and expand Foundry.
1500DKK // Pay-it-forward: For the men who have, and want to give a leg up to the great men who don't, yet. Includes a ticket for you, and one for someone who can't afford it, but would make a great addition to the group.
*Select the "Paid Forward" ticket type to apply for one.
Your ticket selection stays private; every man meets as equals in Foundry.
What is Foundry?
Foundry is a brotherhood of ambitious men who seek real connection with other like-minded men, and want to improve their most important relationship: the one they have with themselves.
We’re using movement, sports and competition to effectively build camaraderie and a sense of belonging to a team.
Then we leverage breathing, heat and cold to regulate our bodies and move focus inward. This is where we learn to hear the signals we’re used to ignoring, and practice collaborating with our internal state instead of fighting it.
By the end of the day, we’ve succeeded if you leave us calmer, more aligned and knowing a new brother you’d genuinely enjoy having a drink with.
What to bring
For padel: indoor shoes, sportswear, and a padel bat if you own one - otherwise rentals are included.
For the sauna: two towels, swim shorts, and a water bottle.
Can't make it this time, but love the sound of it?
