You've been falling sick more than usual.

Life has been a lot lately — and you can feel it in your body.

You know you need to slow down and take better care of yourself. You're just not sure where to start.

This series is your invitation to pause, turn inward, and begin finding your way back to balance.

Our philosophy

In TCM wisdom, we are each a unique mixture of five elemental energies — Water, Wood, Earth, Metal, and Fire. When these are in harmony, we feel grounded, clear, and quietly energised. When they fall out of balance — through stress, overwork, or simply the demands of daily life — we feel it.

This is not about adding more to your plate. It's about learning to listen to what your body is already telling you — and giving it what it actually needs.

Through tea ritual, yin yoga, and deep lymphatic self-massage, we work with your body from the inside out — restoring your inner reserves, releasing what's been building up, and helping you find your way back to a steadier, lighter version of yourself.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You've been falling sick more often and know your body needs support
You've been putting everyone else first and want to turn the focus back to yourself
Life has been overwhelming lately and you're ready to ground again
You want to feel good in your body again — not just get by
You're curious about TCM wisdom and want a gentle, practical way in

Refine & Radiate — Letting Go & Opening Up
Metal · Fire
Saturday 20 June · 3:00–5:00pm · Co. @ Duxton

Once we've restored the foundation, we turn to the final two elements — the ones that help us release what's accumulated and reconnect with what truly matters.

Workshop 2 can be attended on its own, but flows beautifully as a continuation of Workshop 1. Together, they complete the full Five Elements cycle — from restoration and grounding, to release and radiance.

Metal — your inner clarity When this is blocked, we hold on long after things have served us — old worries, old grief, old ways of doing. Working with Metal is about learning to let go, creating space for something clearer and lighter to come in.

Fire — your inner warmth When this dims, life loses its colour. You go through the motions but the joy isn't quite there. Working with Fire is about rekindling that warmth — reconnecting with what lights you up and letting yourself feel it again.

What you'll experience
A warming tea ritual to open and soften.

A brief check-in with your Five Elements quiz — noticing what has shifted since Workshop

Meridian-inspired yin yoga — working with the body areas connected to Metal and Fire.

Deep lymphatic self-massage — techniques to support release, open the chest and heart space, and restore a sense of lightness.

You'll leave with:

Practical tools to carry Metal and Fire wisdom into your daily life — including a custom tea blend, aroma oil, and additions to your self-care booklet.
