About our Guest:
Sujatha Dixit is a Senior Recruiting Business Partner.
Her journey is one that many of us can relate to. She arrived in the United States 26 years ago as a newly married woman with a bachelor's degree and a vision of building a new life here - making the deeply personal choice to step back from her career to focus on family, support her husband, and raise her two children. When the time was right, she jumped into the workforce, starting as a Technical Recruiter at a technology company in Bellevue, where her passion and drive saw her rise to Lead Recruiter in over five years. With bigger aspirations, she moved to Amazon as a Technical Recruiter supporting all Security hiring across the United States - and today, after 7 years and having recruited over 2,000 Amazonians, she serves as a Lead Recruiting Business Partner for the Amazon Customer Service Technology team, partnering with senior leaders worldwide to build the global teams that keep Amazon running for hundreds of millions of customers. Her story is a powerful reminder that our timelines are our own, and that the chapters we write for ourselves can be the most remarkable ones of all.
