An intimate afternoon of guided breathwork, meaningful conversation and photography for women who are craving something more genuine than traditional networking.
Most networking events ask you to perform, introduce yourself, make small talk and leave with a handful of business cards.
This is the opposite of that.
Join breathwork facilitator Bridgitte Tran and photographer Sarah Fountain for a relaxing afternoon designed to help you slow down and meet like minded women.
You'll be guided through a breathwork session with Bridgitte, incorporating breath holds to explore the space between activation and stillness. Sharing this experience can create a sense of presence and connection that's difficult to access in our busy lives.
Bridgitte will then guide you through a meditation, giving you a chance to settle, reflect and notice what has shifted.
Throughout the afternoon, Sarah will quietly document the experience through candid photography, capturing the connection, stillness and moments that can't be posed.
After the breathwork and meditation, we'll come together for tea and relaxed mingling. For those who feel drawn to it, there will also be an opportunity for a portrait by Sarah. Using studio light and a simple, intuitive approach, the portrait will explore what has shifted, surfaced or stayed with you during the breathwork to create a tangible memory of the experience to take with you.
After the event, you'll receive access to a gallery of images from the afternoon.
