Movement Manifestation for Women
This is a Women's only dance event. This is a begginer friendly choregrpahed dance class where we will use movement to embody what it is that we deeply want to manifest.
Through out sacral energy we will utilize our sensuality, our emotions and creativity to build a powerful, energetic, manifestation portal.
Doors open at 6pm
We start at 6:30 sharp. The event will be closed contatiner after this and no further entry will be allowed.

Your instructor: Shelby Avann
Shelby is a Women’s Empowerment and Intimacy Coach. She helps women build back their trust in themselves and reclaim their sensual power. A pole dancer since 2014 and experienced teacher, Shelby uses dance as a powerful tool for confidence, emotional expression, and embodied sensuality. Drawing on her background in movement, sensual expression, and the exploration of power and desire, Shelby creates spaces where women can move boldly, tap into their erotic energy, and dance like the main character in their own dark romance.

What To Expect
-Intention talk
-Drop into the body and into what it is that you want to manifest
-Warm UP
-Manifesting Choreo
-To fininsh off we will slow down our movements back into gentle, sensual stretch, breath and gratitude.
What to Bring
-An outfit that makes you feel sexy and you can dance in. Wear layers as you may be cool to start.
-Yoga mat (we have some at the space but we may not have enough for everyone. If you are able to bring your own, then please do)
-Water bottle ! And maybe a gatorade as well.
-Socks (trust me it will make some of the dance moves a lot easier if you can slide your feet around)
-Knee pads (these are not required but if you have them and want to bring them just in case, then do it)

For dance it is importatnt to warm up so that you do not injure yourself. Therefore you will not be allowed to partake if you come after 6:30. The energetic container will also be set. Thank you for respecting the container we want to create !
