Trauma sensitive somatic coaching, basic course

​For coaches, therapists and bodyworkers who want to bring a body oriented, trauma sensitive approach into their work.

​Three days with Eran Freiwald, experienced trauma and couples therapist in Zürich. The focus is on learning by doing, with theory on developmental trauma and the nervous system woven in. Two questions run through the whole course:

• ​How do I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and finding their own resources?

• ​How do I hold space without working hard and exhausting myself?

​The work draws on NARM, IBP and bioenergetics. And because it's body oriented, we regularly stop to breathe, move and dance.
