About Event
Join us for an outdoor goodbye to late summer and a hello to fall ☺️
We’ll flow through a 60 minute dynamic, yet all level vinyasa yoga session to arrive in the body before heading into the sauna and cold plunges. We’ll end the event with Roy Kombucha, snacks and socializing.
Bring your own mat & sauna gear.
