The Conscious Learning Professional: Who Does This Really Serve?
🌟 Immersive Series: Explore personal growth and self-optimization. These sessions focus on learning about ourselves to enhance how we live, work, and interact. ✨ Participation: Very interactive workshops, cameras on, lots of conversation.
In this interactive session, we will explore the hidden assumptions behind the learning experiences we design and who they really serve. In a world focused on driving transformation and demonstrating ROI, we will pause to examine the gap between our intentions and our actual impact, and discuss why professional conscience matters now more than ever.
In the session, we will:
Gain a new lens on your role: Explore how L&D professionals don't just design learning, but deeply shape how people think, act, and lead.
Spot the gap: Discover how to identify the disconnect between what you intended to create and who your work actually served.
Navigate hard moments: Gain a framework for when pressure pushes back, using conscience to keep designing with integrity.
Receive a practical tool: Walk away with The Designer’s Compass—four questions you can actually use before opening your next brief.
Come ready to be challenged, be honest, and leave with a clearer sense of what you stand for.
