​Are you an FIU or Miami Dade College student curious about the intersection of technology and public service? Mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and be part of the GovTech Forum at FIU’s SIPA II building.

​In this half-day forum, you’ll explore how emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity, and data analytics are transforming government. Our keynote speaker will delve into the crucial topic of cybersecurity and security clearance readiness: key elements for anyone looking to work in public sector technology roles. You'll learn how to navigate these career pathways and what it takes to prepare for roles that require security clearance.

​You'll also meet government employers, connect with current student interns who have firsthand experience in these fields, and have plenty of time to network and explore GovTech internships and career opportunities.
