You're raising her to be a strong woman. This Mother’s Day, build strength together, side by side!
I Got It From My Mama is a 90-minute outdoor strength session + celebration for moms and daughters to train together. Led by Surbhi Adora, this intimate community event will blend guided movement, functional strength training, and the kind of mother/daughter fun that sticks with you. Because the most powerful thing you can model for your daughter is showing up.
No drop-offs. No sidelines. Just you, your daughter, and new friends lifting together and owning the space.
The session will include a warmup, workout, cooldown, snacks, and celebration!
*All ages and experience levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you.
