We hope you will join us on Thursday, September 3 for a dynamic presentation on Somatic Activated Healing with Leslie Alterman held at Full Circle Studio. We will practice stepping into heart-centered self trust, exploring rigidity vs. fluidity, and developing discernment as we move through the wisdom of the body. This will be an experiential gathering! Please bring a water bottle and wear something you can feel comfortable moving your body in. RSVP required, space is limited to 18.

ABOUT THE GATHERING
Women Rising is a facilitated community gathering for women who want to reconnect with themselves and with one another in a meaningful, grounded way. Through real-life conversation, guided practices, and a bit of fun, we create a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and resource ourselves, while staying engaged with the world beyond the circle.
ABOUT LESLIE
Leslie Alterman is an intuitive artist, movement guide, and somatic practitioner whose work lives at the intersection of body, creativity, and healing. She facilitates movement classes, retreats, and her ongoing Sunday morning gathering, drawing on somatic awareness, Buddhist principles, and a deep reverence for the body as a source of truth and aliveness. Women Rising is a community-supported gathering. Contributions help cover the practical costs of maintaining the space and expanding our ability to offer outreach and guest participation.
(There is no payment to the facilitators at this time. A portion of proceeds benefits Jesse's House, empowering girls in the fight against trafficking.)
We never want finances to determine who can be in the room. Please contribute what you are able. Those who choose to give more help make the gathering accessible to others. If cost is a concern, you are warmly welcome to attend at no charge.
