GYM N' JUICE FITNESS EVENT

​It's that time of year again! GYM N' JUICE is back and I can't wait to celebrate with you all. This is an event where you're pushed past your comfort zone in a fun and uplifting way. At GYM N' JUICE we come together under one roof; one community. There will be a 30-minute full body circuit workout, a competitive relay race, fitness competitions, cold-pressed juices, an Adidas sneaker demo, a recovery station, a run club pop up, and a few local vendors and wellness businesses!
