Dress for the occasion: document types
Every occasion has a dress code. Casual, business casual, cocktail, black-tie. Every document has one too, and picking the wrong one means either overdressing (burying a quick update in process and formality) or underdressing (leaving a critical procedure too thin to actually be useful).
This is a small, hands-on session (10 spots only) for people who write documents at work and want to stop guessing which "dress code" their document needs.
In one hour, you'll get:
A simple understanding of document types (memos, SOPs, policies, guides, and more)
Live working time to check a document you've already written (or are about to) against the right fit
Direct feedback and Q&A in a small-group setting
Format: 20-min walkthrough, 40 min hands-on + Q&A
Where: Zoom
Who it's for: Anyone who writes documents as part of their job, especially if you've ever wondered whether what you wrote was overkill or underdone. No experience with formal documentation required.
Bring a document you've been working on, and we'll help you get unstuck!
Note: Virtual events are recorded for quality and training purposes.
