Remote work is everywhere, but finding truly remote-first companies is still complicated for Italian tech workers. In this talk, I’ll share the story behind Fullremote.it, how it works, and how it makes money. We’ll also have a conversation about the Italian tech market, covering recruiting, community, and distributed work.
