Pioneer Track: Ride the Wave is Pioneering Minds AI's hands-on, 4-week cohort program for professionals who want real AI workflows and a portfolio-ready artifact.
This is Session 1 — the kickoff session. Join us in person in Midtown Manhattan (preferred) or online via Zoom. Either way, you'll be fully hands-on.
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC. The exact venue will be shared after your registration is approved.

What You'll Experience
You'll walk through the full evolution of how humans work with AI:
Chat — The starting point. You prompt, AI responds.
Agent — AI takes initiative. It plans, reasons, and executes multi-step tasks.
Agent Workforce — Multiple agents coordinating. You become the orchestrator.
By the end of the evening, you'll have built your first micro-artifact — something real, something yours.

A laptop with internet access
Your Claude account will be set up for you — we provide the subscription
The repetitive task you described in your application — we'll start building around it
Homework After Session 1
Polish your micro-artifact so it's genuinely usable and visually appealing
Share it with one real person (colleague, friend, family) and note their reaction
Write a 3-sentence reflection: What surprised you? What was hard? What do you want to learn next?

Pioneer Track is a 4-week program by Pioneering Minds AI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit AI community based in NYC with 6,400+ registrants across 51+ events.
Each week, you ship one deliverable. By Week 4, you demo your portfolio artifact to the cohort and invited guests.
Two tracks based on your comfort level:
Operator Track — No-code (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini web apps)
Builder Track — Light technical (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, terminal)
